The Town Council take overall responsibility for the Park's management (although I don't know if they have a sub committee of volunteers as they have done in years gone by). The first point of contact therefore should probably be Graham Brown, Clerk to the Town Council, who if he cannot help will be the best person to get you pointed in the right direction. The number (from the Mendip.gov website) is 01749 343984. Best wishes and let us know if your bird ends up for us all to visit!

Do you know if the council has a policy regarding live animals and circuses? Many do.

    Hi Somerset Shell.
I have spoken to the relevant people, and we would be delighted to welcome your cockatiel into the park Aviary. Please could you call me on 01749 343236 so I can speak to you and make the necessary arrangements. Thank you, on behalf of Shepton for your generousity!
    Cllr Susan Gibbs
