Great for a baguette!
Keep your Subways and chain 'sub' bars, Denela's do food properly. You can choose every little specific detail in your baguette or sandwich. The bread is just the varieties we are used to (white, brown, granary) but it's fresh, and moreover, not confusing! All ingredients are fresh and as a bonus, you can also get all manner of other lovely things - fantastic cheese and onion pasties, cream cakes etc. If a shop can keep me happy sandwhich wise, then it has succeeded in anyone's books. Me choosing a sandwich is like that bit out of When Harry Met Sally (the bit just before the scene you are probably thinking of). Recommended!

A wide range of delicious, freshly-baked goodies
Denelas Bakery in Shepton Mallet High Street sells a wide range of delicious, freshly-baked goodies. As well as bread and cakes, they also make sandwiches to order with a good selection of tasty fillings. The only downside is that their products are so good it can quite busy at times, but its definitely worth the wait.
